Minimum Education/Experience Required:
- Current licensure in the State of Ohio or if working in WV will need a WV license as a Registered Nurse and 3 – 5 years of leadership experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN), Business, or healthcare related field required or must obtain within 3 years of hire.
- BLS, TNCC, ACLS, and PALS required. ASLS certification preferred upon hire.
- Stroke Education is required during orientation, and may include, but not limited to, access to stroke policies, completion of on-line stroke module education, NIHSS, ASLS & T-PA administration.
Special Knowledge, Skills, Training:
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- The staff member must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on his/her unit.
Compensation Details: Education, experience, and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.
