THE OPPORTUNITY:
The Innovation Lead fosters and sustains an innovative culture for the Group. The position is accountable for identifying, prioritizing, and implementing innovation initiatives to enhance the Group’s operational efficiency and productivity while supporting the delivery of quality services.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Recommends and advocates for changes and innovations in products, services, and operations, as well as appropriate projects, to enhance core operations and services
- Lead and facilitate the Group’s efforts to create a culture, framework, and process in which innovation is an essential priority
- Assist in identifying areas of improvement by meeting with stakeholders and leaders to discuss potential improvements and innovation within their business unit
- Identifies innovation trends and business opportunities that are aligned with key strategic and operational initiatives
- Responsible for developing, analyzing, and evaluating measurable outcomes of efficiency, optimization, and innovation initiativesÂ
- Collaborates with assigned IT resources to prioritize and execute innovative initiatives
- Manage all phases of the innovation projects, including inception, implementation, stabilization, go-live, and project close
- Responsible for creating, editing, and updating innovation project documentation
- Ensure stakeholder satisfaction through collaboration and constant communicationÂ
- Investigates, analyzes, and recommends new system technologies to enhance processes that support efficiency and provide quality services
- Serves as the Chair of the Innovation Chamber

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, business management, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience
- 5+ years of insurance experience or roles related to innovation or strategic planningÂ
- Ability to initiate changes, identify areas of improvement, and research innovative trends
- Knowledge and ability to extract user requirements and formulate design specifications from small to large-scale systemsÂ
- Ability to facilitate discussions to encourage individuals to identify new capabilities and explore options
