Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities for ink sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximize sales and retention.
- Educate customers on Digiprint’s ink solutions, ensuring they select the right products for their printing needs.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within our product portfolio.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Customer Engagement & Support:
- Provide excellent pre-and post-sales support, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Work closely with the customer service and technical teams to resolve customer inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
Market & Product Knowledge:
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor activity, and new ink technologies.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to contribute to product development and marketing strategies.
- Participate in sales training and product knowledge sessions.
