In October 2019, S-One Holdings and Digiprint Supplies announced the planned merger of their business operations to offer a unified solution to the digital wide-format printer market. S-One Holdings acquired Big Fish assets, including personnel, customer, and supplier contracts, and the merged businesses will operate under the BMG Media Source Belgium SRL brand.

As early digital revolutionaries, we recognized the Internet's ease and power to revolutionize the way most wide-format printer parts, tools, and accessories could be purchased. Prior to the launch of DIGIPRINT SUPPLIES, it was impossible to freely purchase original parts, tools, and accessories for different wide-format printer brands from a central source.

This is a remote opportunity in the following US states: FL, GA, AR, NC, DC, MA, RI, OH, IL, WI, TX, NM, CO, CA, OR. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

- Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities for ink sales.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximize sales and retention.

- Educate customers on Digiprint’s ink solutions, ensuring they select the right products for their printing needs.

- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within our product portfolio.

- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Customer Engagement & Support:

- Provide excellent pre-and post-sales support, ensuring a smooth customer experience.

- Work closely with the customer service and technical teams to resolve customer inquiries or concerns.

- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.

 

Market & Product Knowledge:

- Stay current with industry trends, competitor activity, and new ink technologies.

- Gather customer feedback and market insights to contribute to product development and marketing strategies.

- Participate in sales training and product knowledge sessions.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- 1-5 years of sales experience (preferably in B2B or printing industry).

- Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset.

- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the sales team. - Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

- Experience in ink sales or printing industry is a plus but not required.

- English native.
