S-One is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our dynamic accounting team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with 1–3 years of experience in accounting who are eager to grow in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. As part of a global, multi-subsidiary, multi-currency operation, you'll gain exposure to complex business functions while receiving hands-on training and mentorship.
This can be a hybrid/remote position. S-One employs team members in CO, CA, GA, FL, IL, OH, PA, MA, RI, TX.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Financial Reporting and Month End Close
- Assist in preparing financial statements and internal reports
- Support the monthly and quarterly close process, including journal entries and accruals
- Account Reconciliation and Transactions
- Reconcile general ledger and bank accounts monthly
- Support fixed asses tracking and reporting
- Financial Planning and Analysis
- Compile and organize data from various systems for analysis
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes under guidance
- Compliance and Tax Support
- Assist with the preparation of documentation for inter and external audits
- Support US sales tax and international filings (VAT/GST)
