The Print Production Specialist will operate wide-format inkjet equipment, execute print and cut workflows, and print and assemble swatch books or samples. This role involves hands-on training, media testing, and collaboration with technical teams to enhance product and workflow quality. The specialist will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, contributing to print production excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate print and cut workflows using wide-format inkjet printers and XY cutters (e.g., Fotoba)
- Assemble, collate, and bind swatch books to support sales and product development efforts
- Assist with hands-on training sessions and customer demonstrations in the Experience Center or remotely
- Evaluate media performance by testing compatibility across print technologies and documenting results
- Create high-quality print samples for trade shows, customer programs, and internal teams
- Support ICC profile development and optimize RIP settings in collaboration with color specialists
- Document and improve printing, cutting, and binding processes to increase workflow efficiency
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to support new media testing, product launches, and R&D initiatives
