POSITION PURPOSE:
As the Marketing Program Manager of Internal Communications, you will serve as the HubSpot Administrator responsible for system access management, organizing, building, understanding and advising on the HubSpot instance in addition to the development and management of all internal communications, intranet platform and email communications and campaigns via HubSpot. You will work closely with cross-functional internal departments to develop and execute email marketing campaigns and drive employee engagement through internal communications and Company intranet.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- HubSpot Administration:
- Manage roles, system access and other tasks in HubSpot.
- Serve as the frontline resource for internal end users to field questions, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems. Develop process documentation.
- Oversees data integrity within HubSpot CRM through data import management, data auditing, cleanup and deduping.
- Support priorities and functionality planning set by Sr. Director of Marketing, support integrations with other solutions (Reputation, Google analytics, PowerBI, LocaliQ, etc.)
- Manage system workflow documentation and management with focus on sustainable, scalable processes.
- Develop and manage data reporting as requested.
- Internal Communications:
- Write, edit, and design content for internal communication, such as emails, newsletters, bulletins, and social media posts.
- Manage development and distribution of internal and mass email communications, weekly newsletters, external email marketing campaigns, and automation thereof.
- Organize and execute internal events, such as virtual town halls, event programs and communications.
- Work with other departments to ensure that the messaging is consistent and clear.
- Create communication plans that align with the company's goals and vision.
- Offer advice on the content and approach of internal communications.
- Develop an action plan for internal communications in case of a crisis.
- Serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate communication.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Applicant Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of HubSpot development/administration experience required
- Proven experience creating reports, optimizing processes and managing dashboards
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving and strategy skills
- 2-4 years corporate healthcare marketing/communications preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft Office basics (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Highly self-motivated, directed and dependable
Preferred Competencies:
- Dental Industry experience a plus
- Experience supporting high-producing Sales and Marketing teams
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Frequent use of hands to manipulate the keyboard, telephone, files and other equipment
