Join Ampla Health as a Certified Medical Assistant, supporting providers in delivering efficient, compassionate care. As a vital member of the care team, you will assist patients, coordinate medical services, and help maintain clinic workflow.
Key Responsibilities:

Room patients, take vitals, and document in EHR

Perform lab specimen collection and administer medications or immunizations per protocols

Assist with prescription refills, referrals, and patient follow-up

Support clinicians in care plan development and order entry (as directed)

Sterilize equipment, maintain exam room readiness, and uphold infection control standards

Participate in continuous quality improvement and team meetings
-
Flexibility to float between clinic sites if needed
Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
-
Completion of Medical Assistant training program
-
Active Medical Assistant Certification & CPR certification
-
Excellent communication and time management skills
-
Familiarity with outpatient clinical workflows preferred
Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods

Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, and move quickly
-
Exposure to bloodborne pathogens and airborne diseases may occur
