Ampla Health is seeking a knowledgeable and organized OSHA & Compliance Nurse Trainer to lead regulatory training across our clinical sites. Reporting to the Chief Clinical Services Officer, this role focuses on delivering required OSHA and compliance education, managing training platforms, and maintaining safety policies and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct OSHA-mandated training (BBP, HazCom, Infection Control, N95 Fit Testing, etc.)

Facilitate new employee orientation and required safety education

Oversee training on abuse reporting, informed consent, and emergency procedures

Manage educational platforms (Relias, RAVE, and vendor contracts)

Assist in developing and updating manuals (Safety, OSHA, Policies & Procedures)

Participate in safety committees and readiness drills
-
Stay current on state and federal OSHA regulations
Qualifications:
-
RN License (California) required
-
2+ years in safety training and education
-
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations
-
CPR certification
-
Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and Word/Docs

Excellent verbal and written communication
-
Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation
