Ampla Health is seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Dental Operations (DDO) to lead daily operations across our dental clinics. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the DDO ensures high-quality patient care, efficient clinic performance, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee dental operations and clinic performance across multiple sites

• Manage and mentor Dental Supervisors, ensuring quality, productivity, and patient satisfaction

• Develop and implement operational policies, programs, and performance improvement initiatives

• Collaborate with executives on budgets, staffing, and business strategies

• Ensure compliance with FQHC regulations, HIPAA, and company policies

• Travel to clinic sites biweekly; lead management meetings and trainings

Qualifications:

• Master’s in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business, or related field (required)

• 5+ years in healthcare operations leadership (dental or medical required)

• FQHC experience strongly preferred

• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong organizational and decision-making abilities

• Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation
