LVN Staff Nurse
Ampla Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse to support patient care and clinic operations. This role ensures smooth patient flow, assists with procedures, administers medications and immunizations, and provides patient education—all while maintaining accurate documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR). You'll collaborate closely with providers, contribute to a high-quality care environment, and participate in team meetings, trainings, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Current CA LVN license and CPR certification
• 1 year of acute care experience preferred
• Knowledge of outpatient clinic procedures and PCMH
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable with patient interaction and EHR documentation
