Ampla Health is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to support daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and credentialing. This role ensures efficient HR processes, upholds organizational standards, and supports a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage performance discussions and documentation in Paycom; ensure timely completion and policy compliance.

Process Employment Development Department (EDD) claims and prepare monthly Board reports.

Coordinate provider onboarding, credentialing, and annual renewals; maintain accurate records.

Track and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook; manage uploads in Paycom and Contract Works.

Assist with position scoring, employment agreements, and salary surveys.

Support FMLA, Workers’ Compensation, and legal documentation as needed.

Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with HR regulations and internal policies.

Participate in Quality and Performance Improvement (PI) initiatives.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; AA degree or 3+ years of HR experience preferred.

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR systems (Paycom preferred).

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and credentialing preferred.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform standard office tasks (sitting, standing, reaching).

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
