Convenience Store Manager – Full-Time with Benefits
Country Visions Cooperative is looking to hire a full-time Store Manager for our De Pere convenience/country store. Our store offers a unique and exciting blend of convenience store, bird feed, pet food, dog grooming, lawn and garden supplies, and specialty feeds (horse, livestock, rabbit, goats, chickens, etc).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and manage all in-store functions
- Recruit, Interview and train all new hires
- Maintain a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and collaboration
- Assist and instruct team members with daily store operations
- Help ensure customer satisfaction and retainment
- Maintain store cleanliness and sanitation standards at all times
- Develop retail sales growth, largely through outstanding customer service
- Order and price store merchandise following proper procedures as directed by the Country Store Lead
- Complete accurate and timely completion of all assigned accounting reports and forms
- Ensure all precautionary procedures with respect to the protection of team members and company assets are adhered to
- Set written goals annually with the Division Manager
- Assist in implementing marketing and merchandising promotions
- Develop sales-generating displays
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Division Manager
HOURS
- Mainly day shift hours with variable shifts and some flexibility – will be discussed during the interview
- Store hours are 6:00 am to 6:00 pm with some seasonal change
- Must be available for opening and closing shifts, including some weekends
