YOUR MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field from an accredited institution; MBA or advanced specialty degree is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience as an employee in integrated marketing, business operations, and managing deliverables for organizations with $15M+ operating budgets. Experience with national-level campaigns and public relations is a significant advantage.
- 5+ years of experience developing departmental KPIs and metrics, with a proven track record of achieving goals.
- 5+ years of direct personnel management, including performance evaluations, training, and coaching teams of 3 to 5 FTEs.
- 5+ years of overseeing client and customer portfolios valued between $1M to $3M in sales.
- 7+ years of advertising or marketing agency experience with a focus on mission-driven, community-focused outcomes, preferably in urban settings. Bilingual in English and Spanish/Portuguese is a plus.
- Strong team management skills, including empathy, patience, advocacy, and conflict resolution.
- Ability to balance organizational goals—budgeting, revenue modeling, and sustainable financial management—while supporting staff development.
- Strong experience integrating PR with digital media, community engagement, and campaign strategies
- Advanced knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and ROI management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, Google Analytics, and database management applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
- Ability to bridge creative marketing with data-driven analysis, demonstrating the analytical soundness of strategies.
- Strategic management expertise, with the confidence to lead internally and externally, guiding clients, customers, employees, and consultants as needed.

- Base Salary: Salary range for this position is commensurate with experience, $95,000-$110,000.
