Millwright Electrician

Job Purpose:
- The Millwright Electrician at BISON METALSTECHNOLOGIES LLC is responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of electrical systems and equipment within the facility. The role involves inspecting, diagnosing, and troubleshooting electrical issues to maintain safety and efficiency in operations. This position requires a collaborative approach, working closely with the maintenance team and production workers to support the company's operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect electrical systems and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure they meet safety standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
- Test equipment regularly to ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.
- Collaborate effectively with the maintenance team and production workers to address and resolve electrical issues promptly.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to facilitate accurate maintenance and repair work.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Adapt to working in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in handling various tasks and challenges.

Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a technical or vocational program in electrical maintenance is preferred.

Required Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an electrician in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Proven experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical systems and equipment.
- Experience in testing equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards.

Required Skills and Abilities:
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, including the ability to inspect and diagnose issues effectively.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and electrical schematics.
