We’re seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Fiscal POS Analyst to join our Fiscal Department. What You'll Do: 
• Ensure Fiscal Accuracy: Input, monitor, and adjust Self-Determination Program (SDP) budgets in our e-billing system 
• Support the Team: Assist staff, vendors, and auditors with vendor status, rate questions, and reporting 
• Collaborate with Partners: Work closely with Financial Management Services (FMS) and internal teams to resolve payment issues and manage vendor data 
• Uphold Compliance: Maintain records, apply regulatory rate updates, and verify eligibility for insurance-related co-pay requests 

Key Responsibilities: 
• Review and maintain vendor rates and contracts for compliance 
• Generate and interpret financial and statistical reports for service authorizations 
• Coordinate with FMS providers for timely processing of budgets and payments 
• Participate in Insurance Review Committee to help fund eligible consumer co-pays 
• Track reimbursements, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely documentation 
• Respond to inquiries from staff, vendors, and auditors with professionalism and accuracy 
• Support department operations with special projects as assigned

What You Bring: 
• Strong analytical and organizational skills 
• High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive data confidentially 
• Knowledge of vendor rate structures, contract compliance, and DDS regulations 
• Effective communication and the ability to work independently and collaboratively 
• Experience with fiscal record keeping and service payment systems 
• Prior regional center fiscal experience is highly preferred. 

Qualifications: 
• High school diploma or equivalent and four years of fiscal record keeping experience 
OR 
• A.A. in accounting and two years of fiscal record keeping experience 

Preferred: Five years in Regional Center Fiscal or Resource Development 

Valid California Driver License and proof of auto liability insurance
