Fieldpiece Instruments is hiring a Vice President of Product Development to drive our new product development engine.  The VP will manage cross-functional teams led by the Director of Upstream Marketing and Product Category Directors to ideate, design, and launch innovative, technically complex HVACR tools and instruments that exceed customer expectations.  By collaborating closely with customers, the industry, and internal stakeholders, the VP ensures our product portfolio stays ahead of the competition, is exceptionally customer centric, and increasingly differentiated.

The ideal candidate thinks like an engineer and acts like a product strategist, leads with empathy, clarity, and accountability, and thrives in a high-growth, hands-on environment.  You’re a visionary leader who can align cross-functional teams around a bold product roadmap and deliver consistent, high-quality results.  You bring a bias for action and a proven record of turning ideas into commercially successful products.

Fieldpiece is a thriving team of innovators - committed to pushing boundaries and celebrating curiosity.  We’ve been providing HVACR professionals with rugged, feature-rich tools like meters, manifolds, leak detectors, and more since 1990.  Fieldpiece leads the industry in the way we think, work, collaborate, and remain laser-focused on creating products that empower HVACR professionals.  If you thrive in an environment where challenges are embraced, ambiguity fuels innovation, and relationships are built on trust and transparency—this is your opportunity.
