What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related STEM field; MBA a plus.
- 10+ years in engineering, product development, or product management roles.
- Proven experience developing complete, tangible, complex products.
- Demonstrated success using Voice of Customer insights to create innovative, high-value products.
- Strong technical fluency — able to engage engineers, suppliers, and customers with credibility.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing at all levels.
- Willing to travel (up to 30%) for customer and ODM engagement.
- Experience in HVACR, tools, or instruments preferred.

The base annual salary range for this role is currently $150,000-250,000 plus bonus. Pay scales are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members. We can share more information about our bonus program and benefits during the hiring process.
