What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree required, master’s preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience in industrial products, tools, electrical, HVACR, or related technical sectors.
- Proven track record in B2B marketing through distributors—from strategy to hands-on execution.
- Deep understanding of European markets and cultural nuances.
- Experience leading marketing transformation or scaling functions during high-growth phases.
- Strong digital expertise: demand generation, CRM, email automation, SEO, Google Ads, social media.
- Analytical mindset: use data and KPIs to measure, refine, and prove marketing ROI.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to travel up to 20% across Europe.
