Ready to build something big in Europe?  Fieldpiece is looking for a hands-on, strategic Marketing Director to lead and scale our marketing across the European region. You’ll drive demand generation, brand awareness, and go-to-market execution while playing a defining role in our ambitious growth journey.

What You’ll Do

 

As the Marketing Director for Europe, you’ll own the regional marketing strategy—from planning through execution—to drive sustainable, measurable growth.

  • Develop and lead go-to-market strategies that align with sales, product, and customer experience goals.
  • Drive brand awareness, demand generation, and lead conversion across multiple EMEA markets.
  • Build integrated digital marketing programs (SEO, paid media, email, social, content).
  • Conduct market research and Voice of Customer (VOC) to inform decisions and identify new opportunities.
  • Manage regional PR, events, and trade show strategy.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team (currently three people), fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Partner with distributors and key partners to strengthen relationships and increase pull-through.
  • Define KPIs, analyze data, and continuously optimize performance.

 

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required, master’s preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience in industrial products, tools, electrical, HVACR, or related technical sectors.
  • Proven track record in B2B marketing through distributors—from strategy to hands-on execution.
  • Deep understanding of European markets and cultural nuances.
  • Experience leading marketing transformation or scaling functions during high-growth phases.
  • Strong digital expertise: demand generation, CRM, email automation, SEO, Google Ads, social media.
  • Analytical mindset: use data and KPIs to measure, refine, and prove marketing ROI.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% across Europe.
