What You’ll Do
Â
As the Marketing Director for Europe, you’ll own the regional marketing strategy—from planning through execution—to drive sustainable, measurable growth.
- Develop and lead go-to-market strategies that align with sales, product, and customer experience goals.
- Drive brand awareness, demand generation, and lead conversion across multiple EMEA markets.
- Build integrated digital marketing programs (SEO, paid media, email, social, content).
- Conduct market research and Voice of Customer (VOC) to inform decisions and identify new opportunities.
- Manage regional PR, events, and trade show strategy.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team (currently three people), fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Partner with distributors and key partners to strengthen relationships and increase pull-through.
- Define KPIs, analyze data, and continuously optimize performance.
