Guest Service Night Auditor

Company Overview: The Dillard House, a Farm Resort is a new addition to the Legacy Ventures portfolio and will be an exciting adventure as we build on what the Dillard family has developed since 1917. This one-of-a-kind property is nestled in the picturesque Tennessee River Valley within a two-hour drive north of Atlanta in Rabun County. It will represent tradition with authentically sourced cuisine, numerous outdoor activities and outstanding southern charm and hospitality. 

Summary:  Processing of night audit reporting and oversight of 3^rd shift resort operations. Responds to and services the guests’ needs. Responsible for balancing the daily operations of the resort. Performs a variety of clerical duties including basic computer work and simple accounting tasks. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Process night audit reports and balance daily hotel operations in a timely and accurate manner.
• Deliver prompt, courteous service to guests.
• Maintain complete knowledge of hotel systems, including PMS, PBX, key locks, and fire alarm protocols.
• Monitor guest accounts, review credit activity, and take necessary action.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures
• Respond to guest inquiries and emergencies; assist with reservations and room sales, including upselling.
• Complete all tasks outlined in the night shift checklist.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and organized work area.
• Stay informed about the hotel’s surrounding area to assist guests.
• Ensure guest confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
• Foster a positive and professional environment with guests and team members.
