Description

Join Concilio — A Legacy of Community, Culture, and Service

Concilio, Philadelphia’s first Latino nonprofit organization, has been serving the city for over 60 years through culturally rooted programs that uplift families, empower youth, and strengthen communities. Our work centers on equity, advocacy, and community — and we’re seeking a compassionate, reliable CUA3 Case Aide to support families and children across our care network.

As a CUA3 Case Aide, you’ll be an essential part of the Community Umbrella Agency (CUA) team, working alongside Case Managers and Supervisors to ensure families receive the hands-on support, resources, and services they need. From home visits and transportation to supervised family time and community connections, you will be directly helping families move toward stability and success.

This is more than a support position — it’s a chance to show up for Philadelphia families in meaningful, everyday ways. The ideal candidate is dependable, empathetic, detail-oriented, and deeply committed to equity and service within our diverse communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the CUA Case Manager and Supervisor in helping families reach their goals through the Single Case Plan

  • Conduct home, school, and community visits to provide hands-on support and ensure family safety

  • Supervise family visits when required, using sound judgment to ensure child well-being and document concerns as needed

  • Provide transportation for families to court, appointments, and essential services

  • Assist families with in-home organization, homemaker training, and related life skills

  • Attend Family Team Conferences and other case-related meetings as needed

  • Submit accurate documentation in the ECMS system within six (6) business days of service

  • Participate in team meetings, supervision, and required training

  • Represent Concilio at agency events such as the Hispanic Fiesta and Puerto Rican Day Parade

What We Offer:

Concilio is proud to invest in our team by offering a comprehensive and competitive benefits package, including:

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance

  • Company-paid Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability

  • 401k Retirement Plan with employer contribution

  • Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) including vacation, personal, and sick days

  • 13 Paid Holidays, including a floating holiday for cultural or personal observance

  • Tuition Reimbursement, dependent upon field of study

  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for wellness, counseling, and legal support

  • Ongoing Professional Development and training opportunities

  • Fun and meaningful team culture, rooted in service, inclusion, and community pride

Why Concilio?
