Parts Sales Representative Responsibilities
As Parts Sales Representative with WCTractor, you will interact with customers on a daily basis, helping to identify part numbers, providing quotes, and supplying the necessary parts needed in a timely manner. Customer service is critical in this role.Â
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Greet all customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store and help them with their specific needs.
- Fills parts requests for the service techs and customers.
- Participants in rolling inventory checks.
- Manages difficult or emotional customer situations;
- Solicits customer feedback to improve service;
- Responds to requests for service and assistance;
- Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; responds well to questions.
- Follows all company and vendor policies and procedures
