We’re looking for a dependable, customer-focused Parts Sales Representative to join our team at the Brenham New Holland store. If you enjoy helping people, know your way around ag equipment (or are eager to learn), and want to work somewhere where your work matters, this is your chance.

What You Will Do

As a Parts Sales Representative, you will work with walk-in customers, phone orders, and our service team to identify and supply the right parts. You will help customers get what they need while maintaining strong relationships and providing excellent service every time.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone

• Identify and locate parts using vendor catalogs and internal systems

• Provide accurate quotes and process transactions efficiently

• Support technicians by filling parts requests for repairs and maintenance

• Participate in inventory counts and help keep the parts area organized

• Communicate clearly with customers, coworkers, and vendors

• Follow company and vendor policies and procedures

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Prior experience in parts, agriculture, equipment, or similar industry preferred

• Customer service mindset with strong communication skills

• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn parts lookup systems

• Organized and able to handle multiple requests at once

• Physically able to lift, move, and handle parts throughout the day

Bonus Points For:

• Familiarity with New Holland equipment

• Experience working with farmers or in a dealership environment

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
