The Bingo Lead Agent is responsible for Bingo floor operations and supervision of Bingo Agents. Additionally, Bingo Lead Agents may act as paymaster, caller, or other Bingo positions as needed. This job requires a high level of multitasking between Guest requests and Bingo floor operations while maintaining a positive attitude and providing friendly, efficient service to Guests and Team Members. Responsibilities must be performed in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.
Essential Functions:
1. Practice, support, and promote Thunder Valley Casino Resort’s “Winning Attitude” company-wide culture and demonstrate AAA Four Diamond service standards at all times.
2. Retrieve bank from the Casino Cashier and sign out the appropriate keys using the applicable key control log. Verify the contents of the bank prior to leaving the Casino Cage. Return bank and sign in keys to the Cage at the end of the day.
3. Perform opening functions including, but not limited to, stocking each station with paper for sale, setting computer for operation, verifying Bingo balls, preparing paperwork for the shifts, and ensuring all staff are ready for their shift.
4. Verify that each station is prepared for the corresponding session.
5. Reconcile each selling and cash station in order to verify that the funds are consistent with paper sales and winners paid. Countersign the cash inventory forms and note any variances.
6. Prepare the order for fills and credits, and be responsible for funds received or turned in.
7. Verify each station’s beginning paper inventory number prior to the start time of sales. Record each station’s ending inventory numbers by recording the number of the last papers sold.
8. Perform cashing and payout functions for the appropriate floor person(s).
9. Implement the departmental policies and procedures as directed by the Bingo Manager.
10. Perform managerial functions during the shift including, but not limited to, station assignments, calling assignments, and ensuring that the department operates efficiently during the assigned shift.
11. Handle any Guest opportunities that may arise.
12. Prepare all paperwork that calculates the appropriate shift statistical results.
13. Give full attention to Guest opportunities and take ownership of these opportunities in order to exceed Guest satisfaction.
14. Observe and safeguard assets of the company.
15. Properly implement all Title 31 procedures.
