The Bell Service Attendant will assist arriving and departing Hotel Guests with luggage and service needs. Responsibilities must be performed in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.
Essential Functions:
- Practice, support, and promote Thunder Valley Casino Resort’s “ELITE” company-wide service mission and demonstrate AAA Four Diamond service standards at all times.
- Greet Guests upon arrival and departure, assisting with requests such as directions, property questions, and reservations.
- Respond to all Guest inquiries in accordance with established company policy, procedures, and AAA Four Diamond standards.
- Escort hotel Guests to their rooms.
- Assist with Guests’ luggage and belongings to and from rooms and vehicles.
- Check baggage for Guests at front desk and assist with luggage pick up and drop off.
- Offer information pertaining to available on-property services and facilities and off-property points of interest, entertainment, and attractions.
- Log, track and dispatch bell services in the hotel.
- Handle group luggage, wheelchair, laundry, mail, and room deliveries as assigned.
- As assigned, assist with delivery and retrieval of materials and items to and from banquet facilities.
- Explain room features to the Guests; ensure furnishings are in order and amenities are adequate.
- Perform the functions of a Door Person and Greeter for the Hotel.
- Participate in daily pre-shift meetings outlining activities and expectations to ensure service standards are achieved and maintained.
- Interact with Guests, Team Members and Management in a courteous and professional manner.
