Job Summary:
As a Warehouse and Purchasing Assistant, you will be integral in supporting the company’s supply chain management. Your role is pivotal in maintaining high patient and provider satisfaction.
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Monitor stock levels of medical supplies and equipment.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure efficient retrieval and storage of items.
- Track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding status of orders and deliveries.
- Assist with order fulfillment both internal and external parties
- Assist clinics with the ordering process and provide training when necessary
- Maintain proper documentation related to inventory and purchasing activities.
- Collaborate with clinic staff to assess supply needs and address shortages.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams regarding orders and deliveries.
- Willing to assist purchasing team in ad hoc projects regarding inventory management
