Qualifications and Requirements:

BA/BS Degree. Master’s degree Preferred.

Five (5) to seven (7) years of progressive leadership experience in financial aid administration.

Demonstrated success in building relationships and fostering collaboration across divisions and departments.

Ability to think strategically about college affordability and impact of institutional aid regarding discount rate and net tuition revenue.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with stakeholders, students, senior leaders, and community members.

Possess the experience, leadership, and vision to plan, organize, manage, and direct the Financial Aid office.

Extensive knowledge of both federal and state financial aid policies and regulations.
Working Conditions:

Regular attendance is required.

Requires sitting, standing, bending, and reaching.

Requires extensive computer usage.

Required manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office machines such as computers, fax machines, calculators, the telephone, and other office equipment.

Requires sufficient range of hearing and vision in an office setting with little exposure to excessive noise, dust temperature.
