The responsibilities of this position include entry level maintenance duties combined with housekeeping duties.

Entry Level Environmental Services Tech Responsibilities:

• Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting drywall and miscellaneous repairs.
• Some ground maintenance activities such as disposing of refuse
• Cleaning areas as assigned to include common areas, laundry room, restrooms, etc. of the facility
• Sweep, mop, vacuum hallways, stairs, and clean office spaces
• Trash removal
• Setting up rooms for functions, activities and meetings as well as taking down for clean up of area after activities
• Cleaning resident apartments; dust, mop, vacuum, empty garbage, clean bathroom and assist with laundry
• Assist with apartment turnovers
• Work within company policies and safety regulations
• Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of work
• Analyze and resolves work problems
• Maintain time and production records
• Snow removal
• Other duties as assigned

• Experience in cleaning, changing filters, and performing routine equipment maintenance.
• The ability to diagnose issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions.
• Understanding how to use various cleaning chemicals and supplies effectively and safely on different surfaces.
• Familiarity with common cleaning equipment and tools used in housekeeping.
• Working with a team, requiring a collaborative approach to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
• The ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively.
• Maintaining a positive attitude and a courteous demeanor when interacting with clients.
