The Leasing Specialist is the first impression for prospective residents and families exploring Fleischman Assisted Living and The Brown Memory Care Pavilion. Your warmth, professionalism, and ability to listen deeply shape the entire experience.

You will be the primary guide through tours, inquiries, and the full leasing process, making a significant impact during an important life transition.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all inquiries, tours, and walk-ins.
  • Conduct compelling, personalized tours that reflect JSL’s high standards of care and community.
  • Use Aline CRM (formerly Sherpa) to track, document, and manage leads with meticulous follow-up.
  • Keep all data in Aline and OneSite accurate, up to date, and ready for reporting.
  • Collaborate with Environmental Services to maintain an accurate and timely Apartment Status Report.
  • Participate in outreach and marketing events to expand awareness and community relationships.
  • Partner closely with the RSC to support families through touring, assessments, and move-in coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with all Fair Housing requirements and JSL policies.
  • Work hand-in-hand with leadership, including the Marketing Team, Site Administrator, DON, Social Worker, and Life Enrichment team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience welcomed.
  • 2+ years in assisted living leasing or residential leasing
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, social media proficiency)
  • Experience with Aline CRM, Sherpa, or related systems
  • Understanding of aging, geriatric needs, community resources, and the psychosocial aspects of assisted living—preferred but can be developed with the right candidate.
