Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Injection Molding Machine Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating injection molding equipment to produce HDPE pipe fittings and flanges. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing experience and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines to produce parts according to specifications.
• Move finished parts to cooling areas and pallets; label and inspect for quality.
• Monitor machine control panels and report alarms or malfunctions.
• Clear short shots using proper procedures.
• Record product measurements at scheduled intervals.
• Complete shift documentation for parts produced and machine alarms.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.

Skills & Abilities

• Familiarity with injection molding processes and equipment preferred.
• Ability to use pie tape and measure parts accurately.
• Knowledge of diameters and SDRs of molded injectors.
• Understanding of material input/output processes.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Must be able to lift and move materials as needed.
• Comfortable working in a high-temperature environment.
