- High School diploma or commensurate work experience.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Adaptability and flexibility while working in a dynamic work environment.
- Knowledge of domestic violence, child abuse, and elder abuse issues.
- Proficient in database management, referral tracking, and precise documentation.
- Organize and prioritize multiple tasks and projects efficiently, set priorities, and meet critical deadlines.
- Take initiative, multitask under pressure, and work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel and working knowledge of computer database program entry and report generation.
- Complete the 40-hour Domestic Violence Advocate certification training post-hire if not previously obtained.
