Summary
Under the supervision of a Clinical Program Supervisor, the Mental Health Therapist provides direct clinical and psychoeducational services to individuals (adults and minors), families, and groups. The Mental Health Therapist facilitates client education, support groups, and promotes domestic violence awareness and prevention through community outreach.
Duties and Responsibilities
Clinical Services

Remain in good standing with the BBS.

Provide clinical and psychoeducational services to individuals (adults and minors), families, and groups.

Plan and facilitate client psycho-educational and clinical support groups utilizing evidence informed/based curriculums.

Provide individual, crisis, family, and/or group therapy in various settings, including telehealth, in the office, or out in the field. Services to be delivered based on clinical assessment.
Education and Outreach

Create and facilitate training specific to domestic violence and mental health wellness, as needed.

Deliver domestic violence awareness presentations and training to community groups and/or partners as required by grants or agency, as needed.
