Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting an industrial security program within a Federal Government contracting environment.
- Familiarity with DCSA systems, including DISS and NISS.
- Exposure to or working knowledge of NISPOM requirements and security policy implementation.
Experience/Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in personnel security or a related security support role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Basic familiarity with SharePoint navigation and file management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential records.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional setting.
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
Certifications:
- Completion of CDSE security-related training courses is a plus.
Clearance:
- Active TS clearance is required
- Must be a United States Citizen and pass a background check.
- Maintain applicable security clearance(s) at the level required by the client and/or applicable certification(s) as requested by FEDITC and/or required by FEDITC’S Client(s)/Customer(s)/Prime contractor(s).
