Experience/Skills:
- 10+ years of experience leading cybersecurity and Information Assurance teams.
- Demonstrate and utilize expert knowledge in the review of technical and programmatic cybersecurity protections as documented in NIST SP 800-53 and the Committee on National Security Systems Instruction 1253.
- Experience with NIST and organizational implementations of risk management processes.
- Experience providing cybersecurity threat and vulnerability identification and analysis.
- Experience quantifying and qualifying the impact and risk posed to the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of government information and operational technology systems, applications, and information under assessment
- Possess strong writing and oral presentation capabilities to provide a high capability to document, organize, communicate, assess, and review internal processes subject to federal requirements, contractual obligations, and external audits.
Education:
- BS in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a similar relevant degree or commensurate experience. Master’s degree preferred.
Certifications:
- DoD 8140 Information Assurance Manager III required certification – ISACA Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), (ISC)2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or EC-Council Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO).
Clearance:
- An active DoD Top Secret Required or DoE ‘Q’ (preferred)
- Must be a United States Citizen and pass a background check.
- Maintain applicable security clearance(s) at the level required by the client and/or applicable certification(s) as requested by FEDITC and/or required by FEDITC’S Client(s)/Customer(s)/Prime contractor(s).
