Overview of position:
FEDITC, LLC is seeking to hire an engineer with experience in Combined Heat and Power (CHP) systems to work in the Panama City FL, area to serve as an ESPC Project Manager in support of a Department of Defense client. This position provides senior-level engineering and project management support for third-party financed energy projects, including ESPCs and UESCs. The selected candidate will provide CHP-specific technical oversight during project development, design review, and implementation.
A United States Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance is required to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical oversight and project management support for ESPCs/UESCs across all project phases, including Preliminary Assessment (PA), Investment Grade Audit (IGA), construction, and performance.
- Provide specialized engineering support for CHP projects, including system sizing, integration with building mechanical/electrical systems, and evaluation of fuel usage, efficiency, and load matching.
- Participate in design reviews, feasibility studies, and technical assessments to evaluate project scope, system compatibility, and risks.
- Review energy savings calculations and modeling assumptions related to CHP ECMs.
- Assist with tracking project status, maintaining database records, and supporting DoD and DAF reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with AFCEC, AFIMSC, and installation stakeholders to provide technical recommendations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Draft and deliver written engineering comments, design review feedback, and performance assessments.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
