Other Duties as Assigned
- Consolidate Monthly Status Report (MSR) inputs and submit to Deputy Program Manager.
- When reviewing invoices prior to submittal (if applicable):
- Was there a contract modification this reporting period?
- If so, were the new numbers added to the Task Order Summary sheet?
- Do the total cells contain all cells?
- Do the Labor Summary Hours match the Hours tab?
- Are the hours broken out by Air Force & Army?
- Do the Other Direct Cost (ODC) phone and rental car figures match the AMEX statement?
- Are all receipts included in the support documents?
- Develop and maintain Emergency Contact Roster.
- Develop and maintain employee Birthday list.
- Develop and maintain Staffing Flow Chart.
Clearance:
- Must be a US Citizen and pass a background check.
- Maintain applicable security clearance(s) at the level required by the client and/or applicable certification(s) as requested by FEDITC and/or required by FEDITC’S Client(s)/Customer(s)/Prime contractor(s).
