Senior Director of Sales
Location: Must live in TX or open to relocation
Travel: Up to 50% TravelĀ 

Reports To: Chief Revenue Officer

Position Summary
The Senior Director of Sales plays a key leadership role within the Sales organization, working closely with the Chief Revenue Officer to support system-wide revenue growth. This position focuses on ensuring sales data accuracy and performance insights, creating and monitoring KPIs, and coaching and developing our District Sales Managers (DSMs) across regions. In addition, the Senior Director will support company-wide training initiatives and contribute to ongoing sales strategy and process refinement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Chief Revenue Officer to support sales strategy and performance across all venues and markets

  • Lead, support, and coach the District Sales Managers in each region, helping drive consistent results and team engagement

  • Oversee data accuracy within the sales and revenue systems and partner with stakeholders to maintain clean, actionable reporting

  • Help define and implement KPIs to measure sales effectiveness, identify trends, and surface opportunities

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align efforts around lead generation, follow-up, and conversion

  • Support the implementation and adoption of sales tools, CRM processes, and teamwide training

  • Assist in the rollout of new training programs to elevate consistency and performance at all levels

Qualifications

  • 6+ years in sales leadership, with experience managing or supporting multi-site or regional teams

  • Strong understanding of sales data and CRM systems (TripleSeat, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)

  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and guide mid-level sales leaders

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally to support business goals and process improvements

  • Analytical thinker with a track record of using data to inform decisions

  • Excellent communicator and relationship-builder

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred

  • Senior living background strongly preferred — ideal candidates will bring experience managing complex sales cycles that are emotionally driven, service-oriented, and built on relationships. This crossover translates well to our hospitality model, where creating trust and delivering a memorable client experience are key to success.

Compensation & Schedule:

  • Full-time, Flexible Schedule: must be available to work on weekends, evenings and holidays as needed

  • $115,000 - $125,000 Salary (based on experience)
