Requirements:Â
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferredÂ
15+ years of product development experience, with emphasis on hardware and firmware Demonstrated success in bringing multiple products from concept to mass productionÂ
Deep technical understanding of hardware design, firmware development, and manufacturing processesÂ
Extensive experience working with Asian ODMsÂ
Strong project management skills with PMP certification preferredÂ
Excellence in cross-functional team leadership and stakeholder management
Technical ExpertiseÂ
Hardware design and developmentÂ
Firmware architecture and implementationÂ
Manufacturing processes and DFM principlesÂ
Quality assurance methodologiesÂ
Regulatory compliance requirementsÂ
