Shadow Mountain Community Church seeks qualified applicants to fill a full-time position of Administrative Assistant in our Hispanic Church. This individual must be fully bilingual in Spanish and English and serves as receptionist and information clerk. She/he must be able to operate office equipment, printers, MS Office including Word, Excel, Publisher, and MS Outlook, etc.
The candidate fulfilling these qualifications will work directly with the Executive Assistant to the Senior Pastor and must maintain the church vision and mission and provide support in the Administrative Department in matters concerning congregation members and office projects. The candidate should also have a grasp of the inner functioning processes required to create a smooth-running office and be able to support same.
The candidate must be a team player and a self-starter and must possess a “whatever it takes to get the job done” attitude. She/he must also exercise discretion, confidentiality, generosity and professionalism in all dealings with office staff, and church members.
