The Sales Administrator will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making cold calls to prospective clients, working with the Business Development Team generating interest, qualifying prospects and assisting with the closing sales. Understanding customer needs and requirements is critical to the success of this role. Candidates must live and be eligible to work in the US. Locations: PA, NY, NJ, VA, SC, NC, FL, AL,OH, WI, MI
Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow up
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales staff for further development and closure
- Handle administrative duties for Business Development Manager (s) scheduling of meetings and conferences
- Research accounts, identify key players and confirm information in Salesforce
- Enter new customer interactions/notes and update changes to existing accounts in Salesforce
- Provide assistance to the sales team on projects as needed
- Assist marketing efforts as needed
- Stay up to date with new product and feature launches
- Other duties as assigned
This role is eligible for a discretionary bonus as well as eligibility to participate in the profit sharing plan along with 401K plan with match. Salary range for this position is between $24-28.8 per hour.
