Developmental Pathways (DP) has an opportunity for an Associate Director (AD) of Learning and Organizational Development (LOD) Training and Onboarding to join our LOD team! This AD will play a critical leadership role in advancing the mission, vision, and strategic priorities of the DP through innovative and effective employee development initiatives. This position directly supports the Director of LOD in the design, implementation, and oversight of programs that cultivate a high-performing, mission-driven workforce. In addition, this position will lead the ongoing development and delivery of strategic onboarding, leadership development, and continuous learning initiatives that strengthen organizational capacity and talent across all levels.

This role offers a 4-day, 40-hour work week, Monday-Thursday, and includes the flexibility to work remotely, as well as the opportunity to collaborate in-person at our headquarters office in Aurora, CO, and/or at off-site locations.

Required
-
Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Education, Human Resources, Social Work, or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in employee development, adult learning, or training program management, including at least 2 years in a leadership role

Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing staff, and collaborating with executive leaders

Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning theory, and program evaluation

Personal vehicle in good operating condition for use during work as appropriate

Valid Colorado motor vehicle license and proof of motor vehicle insurance

Ability to meet our driving requirements - no suspensions/ no more than two tickets in the past three years
