Developmental Pathways (DP) has an opportunity for a Douglas County Liaison on our Community Engagement team! The Liaison will provide advanced-level leadership in care coordination, systems navigation, and cross-sector collaboration to optimize outcomes for children and adults receiving services. This role is responsible for driving high-impact service delivery initiatives, managing cross-functional projects, and serving as a trusted liaison between Developmental Pathways and assigned county systems, ensuring streamlined communication and strategic collaboration across departments, providers, and regulatory agencies. The Liaison will provide advanced-level leadership in care coordination, systems navigation, and cross-sector collaboration to optimize outcomes for children and adults receiving services.
The ideal Douglas County Liaison will possess deep expertise in human services systems, excel in navigating complexity, and demonstrate an unwavering commitment to advocacy, inclusion, and quality of life for individuals served. This is an opportunity to complete presentations for various community partners in our service area to inform about DP services and supports.
This role offers a 4-day, 40-hour workweek, Monday-Thursday, in a hybrid environment with the flexibility to work remotely, as well as the opportunity to collaborate in-person at our headquarters office in Aurora, CO, and off-site locations. Occasional work on evenings and weekends will be needed.

Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree, or five (5) years of experience in human services field which includes developmental disabilities
-
A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in human services field such as service coordination or case management
-
Demonstrated success in cross-systems navigation, advocacy, and project management
-
One (1) year of public speaking and/or presentation experience
-
Personal vehicle in good operating condition for use during work as appropriate
-
Valid Colorado motor vehicle license and proof of motor vehicle insurance
-
Ability to meet our driving requirements - no suspensions/ no more than two tickets in the past three years
