Required Education, Experience, Certifications, Licensure and Credentials: (Where appropriate, education and/or experience may be substituted)
Minimum Required Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum Required Experience: Experience working in a long-term care or mail order facility is preferred.
Required License – Certification – Registration:
Issued By Governing Body (if applicable): Registered Pharmacist license with the State of Wisconsin required.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Must have high attention to detail and strong mathematical skills.
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Professional workplace appearance and conduct; friendliness and courtesy to clients, coworkers, and vendors.
- Experience with the FrameworkLTC pharmacy computer system is preferred.
- Previous experience in providing health care services to the disabled is desirable.
- Experience working with those with severe and persistent mental illnesses is desirable.
- Understanding of the prescription billing process from adjudication through reconciliation is desirable.
- Previous experience with pharmacy automation including system interfaces desirable.

Physical Requirements, Visual Acuity, and Work Conditions:
Physical Requirements: This position works in a fast-paced office setting and frequently utilizes various office equipment including, but not limited to, a personal computer, multi-line telephone, printers, and office copier. On occasion must be able to push/pull/lift/move objects weighing at least 10 pounds. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to perform repetitive fine motor skill-based tasks.
Visual Acuity: The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal. Ability to see objects at close vision and be able to identify and distinguish colors.
