Essential Responsibilities and Duties: Â (Specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to)
- Accommodates high-end Players (VIPs).
- Conducts acquisition and maintenance of all VIP players.
- Coordinates all VIP reservations and arrivals with The Hotel at Black Oak Casino Resort.
- Prepares, coordinates, hosts and administers all complimentary and Guest events.
- Maintains a working knowledge of the property, as well as current and upcoming special events, in order to advise Guests and fellow Team Members of same.
- Helps facilitate with special events, slot promotions and tournaments.
- Communicates with VIP’s on a regular basis to maximize player loyalty.
- Conducts daily reporting of Host’s duties to Player Development Director and Executive Director of  Marketing.
- Conducts maintenance of all Diamond level tier players.
- Informs department Supervisors of Guests needs, which may require special accommodations.
- Assists with greeting and dispatching tour buses.
- Builds customer database and player loyalty through recruitment and retention techniques.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
