GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Always be friendly and courteous and greet all who enter the lobby.
Answer phones.
Answer questions from people who come to the counter.
Memorize daily events, and private parties to direct quests to the proper room.
Work up daily deposit.
Record daily reservations in reservation program, print for dining staff.
Check over POS tickets making sure that name and # match and put them in member # order.
Cash checks for members only.
Handle employee reimbursements.
Count bank.
Take member non-cash payments.
Keep supplies on hand (tape, staples, pencils, etc.).
Make copies as needed. Fax documents as needed.
Keep daily log.
Keep front office neat and tidy.
Keep the Lost/Found log. Secure all valuables that are turned in immediately after logging item in.
Other duties as needed.
