Business Intelligence Manager

ExamWorks Compliance Solutions is looking for a Business Intelligence Manager to join the team! This is 100% remote Monday - Friday standard business hours.

The Business Intelligence Manager will manage and coordinate staff to help with the implementation and support of business intelligence and reporting tools and software. This unique role requires someone with the ability to deliver meaningful insights and strategic recommendations for our business, effectively lead projects and execute strategies to drive audience and revenue growth, as well as perform hands-on technical analysis in support of our businesses growing reporting and analytics requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish and maintain business intelligence and analytical reporting processes for effective support and delivery solutions.
• Leads BI Solution support team and oversight of processes, aligning to solutions SLA’s to maintain a high degree of availability and stability.
• Execute on data initiatives and lead data reporting requirements to better understand internal and external data offerings across all platforms and business models.
• Formulate and perform in-depth statistical/quantitative analysis, data mining, mathematical modeling, optimization and predictive analysis.
• Work with users to gather, refine and document report requirements.
• Effectively translates strategic objectives into clear objectives, roles and actionable steps for team members in his/her department.
• Ability to translate raw data and information into practical, usable reports to support decision making across all business units.
• Abide by all rules of the company such as safety, confidentiality and organizational directives.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline or 10+ years of data warehouse or reporting experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10 years of experience in Information Technology
• 5+ years of experience in technical support of Business Intelligence systems
• 3+ years of experiences working with databases (Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server, or DB2)
• 3+ years of experience with SQL Server
• 10+ years working with various Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Business Objects, Reporting Services, Qlikview)
• Ability to operate independently, prioritize/manage multiple and time sensitive projects simultaneously
