Description

Responsibilities

  • Unpackage and disinfect medical equipment and accessories with medical grade disinfecting wipes 
  • Match returned product against RMAs and receive into inventory
  • Evaluate product functionality against associated customer complaints, document findings, close or escalate problem reports
  • Troubleshoot product and component issues to assist in determining root cause, coordinate with engineering as necessary to obtain or provide assistance 
  • Follow procedures pertaining for evaluating, servicing, refurbishing and updating electronic equipment
  • Create or modify procedures to create efficiencies and match current processes
  • Apply software updates on equipment to support product refurbishment
  • Partner with the Customer Service Administrator and Finished Goods personnel to fulfill customer orders of Service parts and refurbished equipment
  • Partner with Quality to support data collection and presentation
  • Maintain accurate Service inventory by performing inventory transactions as required to facilitate the movement of product into and out of Service
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas at all times 
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management 

Qualifications

Qualifications/Skills/Experience

  • High school diploma or trade school equivalent
  • A least 2 years experience as an assembler in an electronics manufacturing or service environment.
  • Technical aptitude with background in medical equipment or electronics maintenance, repair or manufacturing preferred
  • Aptitude for troubleshooting electronic equipment
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills in the English language with the ability to document and articulate technical findings to a variety of audiences
  • Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel, Google Office Apps
  • Familiar with Oracle based ERP system (NetSuite) preferred
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks while maintaining a high-level of accuracy
  • Adhere to regulatory compliance policies to meet FDA and HIPAA regulations
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds
  • Works well in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
  • Positive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Excellent written and reading comprehension and verbal communication skills in the English language. 
  • Must be a self starter.
