Job Duties:
- Scheduling
- Schedule intake appointments for consultant/coordinator
- Schedule appointments for therapist
- Schedule emergency appointments
- Schedule and send appointments for medical clinics
- Schedule pre admission screenings and maintain pre admission statistical
- General Clerical Work
- Prepare daily activity sheets fir medical clinic, therapy sessions and other services as provided
- Receptionist duties
- Pull charts and log appointments/related information and therapy appointments
- Prepare intake and emergency paperwork packets for clinical staff
- Prepare billing for all services, collect money and make change on a daily basis for services provided
- Maintain filing in current, accurate manner
- Compile end of month financial report for county office
- Office Management
- Maintain resource guide manual and supplements
- Release reports as requested from other service providers in a timely manner
- Plan medical clinics
- Assist County Administrator with internal auditing
- Assist County Administrator with the management of medical clinics
- Assist clinical staff in meeting Department of Mental Health Minimum Standards
- Treat individuals receiving services, family members, staff, volunteers, visitors, government agencies, and the general public with respect, dignity, and courtesy at all times. Conduct yourself in a manner which leaves a favorable impression with the public.
- Adhere to all Department of Mental Health Standards, Division of Medicaid Standards, and maintain respect for all other Life Help policies, procedures, and management decisions.
- Respect and uphold the confidentiality of individuals receiving services, their family members, colleagues, and any sensitive situations arising within the agency. Refrain from malicious gossip at all times.
- Participate in all training required for your specific position and by the agency at large.
- Perform other specific duties as assigned by your supervisor/manager/coordinator.
- Must possess leadership ability, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and must possess the willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel.
