Job Summary
The Optometric Technician/Patient Services Representative provides both clinical and front-office support to ensure efficient and compassionate delivery of optometric care. This role conducts patient pre-testing, assists with diagnostic procedures, and supports the optometrist in examinations and eyewear services. Additionally, the technician performs patient registration, insurance verification, and payment collection to maintain accurate records and smooth patient flow.
