Position Summary
To assemble finished product according to customer specification and company policies.
Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities
- Ability to use various assembly line equipment and basic hand tools.
- Ability to receive order tickets from material handler and load materials to the line
- Ability to perform general machine change overs or adjust variances
- Must be capable of operating all sub-assembly, final assembly and other specialty equipment.
- Ability to use pneumatic tools
- Capable of using various two hand trip machines to finish pieces through hand assembly based on customer pre-determined specifications
- Packaging of materials with proper labeling to be shipped
- Meet daily quotas for the different functions in all assembly areas.
- Ensure quality checks are performed and documented
- Perform daily safety checks and document
- Cooperative attitude toward co-workers and supervisors
- Perform job duties in a safe manner
- Maintains workstation in neat and clean condition.
- Perform all required quality checks and report any defects to QC

- Assists other workers with specific tasks as requested.
- Inform Supervisor of any issues with operation, safety or quality
